Tinta is an iOS coloring book app for color-by-number pages, photo-to-coloring-page creation, optional AI art creation, daily unlocks, subscriptions, and rewarded ads. This policy explains what data the app handles and the choices you have.
Short version: your coloring progress and created pages are stored on your device. Photos are used only to make the coloring page you ask for. We do not sell your personal data or your photos.
Tinta is an iOS app that lets you play color-by-number pages and create coloring pages from photos or prompts. In this policy, "Tinta", "the app", "we", "us", and "our" refer to the operator of Tinta.

When you choose a photo from your photo library, Tinta uses that photo to create a coloring page. The photo picker is controlled by iOS, and Tinta only receives the photo you select. Photo-to-coloring-page conversion is designed to run on your device when available.
The coloring pages you create, your filled cells, daily unlocks, and completion progress are stored locally inside the app's private storage on your device. They are not uploaded in the background.
If you use a feature that creates a page from a text prompt or uses cloud AI processing, Tinta may send only the content needed for that request, such as your prompt, selected photo, mask, or generated page data, to an AI processing provider. This is done only to provide the feature you requested.
Do not upload or generate content unless you have the rights and permissions to use it. Avoid entering private, sensitive, or confidential information into prompts.
Tinta may collect limited technical and usage data to operate and improve the app, including app version, device model, iOS version, crash logs, diagnostics, feature usage, completed page counts, ad reward events, and subscription status.
We do not ask for your contacts, precise location, health data, or government ID. We do not sell personal data.
Tinta may show ads, including optional rewarded video ads that let you unlock a page or bonus after watching the ad. If ads are enabled, ad partners such as Google AdMob may receive information needed to deliver, measure, prevent fraud, and improve ads, such as device information, IP address, approximate location derived from IP address, app interactions, and advertising identifiers where permitted.
If Apple requires App Tracking Transparency permission for personalized advertising, Tinta will ask for that permission before accessing the IDFA. You can change tracking permissions in iOS Settings. Tinta Pro may remove ads where offered in the app.
Tinta may offer auto-renewable subscriptions such as Tinta Pro. Purchases are processed by Apple through the App Store. We receive purchase status information needed to unlock features, but we do not receive your full payment card details.
You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your Apple Account settings.
Tinta may use third-party services to provide and improve the app, such as:
These providers process data under their own terms and privacy policies. We use them only as needed to provide, secure, measure, and improve Tinta.
Local app data remains on your device until you delete it, reset progress, or delete Tinta. Cloud AI inputs, if used, are intended to be processed only for the requested feature and retained only as long as needed to provide, debug, secure, and comply with legal obligations.
Analytics, diagnostics, and ad measurement data may be retained in aggregated or pseudonymous form for as long as reasonably necessary to operate and improve the app.
Tinta is a family-friendly coloring app, but it is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal information to us, contact us and we will take appropriate action.
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect data. No app, network, or storage system can be guaranteed to be perfectly secure. Third-party services may process data in countries other than your own, subject to their policies and applicable law.
We may update this Privacy Policy as Tinta evolves. When we make changes, we will update the date at the top of this page.
