Voxmera — AI Photo Coach

Effective date: September 23, 2026

Short version: Voxmera gives spoken photo tips generated by AI. Tips can be imperfect, so stay aware of your surroundings and respect other people’s privacy. You get one free minute of voice coaching; plans add an allowance of voice minutes each week or month, weekly plans can start with a 3-day free trial, and subscriptions renew automatically until you cancel in your Apple Account settings.

1. Acceptance

By downloading or using Voxmera (“the App”) you agree to these Terms of Use and to Apple’s Licensed Application End User License Agreement. If you do not agree, please do not use the App. These terms are between you and the App’s developer, LIE KUN JI; Apple is not a party to them, although Apple is a third-party beneficiary entitled to enforce them.

2. What Voxmera Is — and What It Is Not

While the voice coach is active, the App looks at still frames from your camera and talks with you to suggest framing, distance, pose and lighting changes, then can count down and take the photo automatically.

AI suggestions can be wrong or unsuitable. They are general photography tips, not professional advice, and they do not guarantee any result.
Stay safe. Do not use the App while driving, cycling or in any situation where following spoken directions could put you or others at risk. Pay attention to traffic, edges, water and other hazards when changing position.
Respect others. Only photograph people who agree to it, follow local laws about photography and privacy, and do not use the App to photograph anyone in a way that is harassing, intimate without consent, or otherwise unlawful.

3. Free Minute and Voice-Minute Plans

New users can try one minute of voice coaching free of charge. Voice minutes are counted while a coaching session is running. The camera, manual shutter and saving photos keep working when you have no minutes left.

Paid plans (Basic, Plus and Pro) are auto-renewing subscriptions available weekly, monthly or yearly. Each plan includes an allowance of voice-coaching minutes:

Weekly plans receive their allowance every week.
Monthly and yearly plans receive their allowance every month.
Unused minutes do not carry over to the next period and have no cash value.

Weekly plans can start with a 3-day free trial for eligible new subscribers, as shown on the purchase screen. Unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the trial ends, the subscription converts to the paid weekly plan and your Apple Account is charged. Any unused portion of a free trial is forfeited if you purchase another subscription in the same group.

The current allowances and prices are shown on the purchase screen inside the App, in your local currency, and may vary by region and change over time; the details displayed at the moment of purchase are the ones that apply. Allowances are for your personal use; we may limit access if we detect automated or abusive use.

4. Subscription Terms

Payment is charged to your Apple Account at confirmation of purchase, or at the end of a free trial if one applies.
A subscription renews automatically for the same period unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
Your Apple Account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the end of the current period.
You can manage or cancel a subscription in Settings › your name › Subscriptions on your device. Deleting the App does not cancel a subscription.
If you change plans, Apple applies the change according to its subscription rules (upgrades usually take effect immediately, downgrades at the next renewal).
Refunds are handled by Apple under Apple’s Media Services Terms and Conditions; we cannot issue refunds directly.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract credentials or AI-service access from the App;
use the App to create or distribute unlawful, infringing, sexually explicit, violent or harassing content;
try to make the coach produce harmful content or bypass its safety systems;
automate, scrape, or resell access to the App or the AI services behind it.

6. Third-Party Services

The AI voice and image features are provided by OpenAI and require an internet connection. Availability, speed and quality depend on your network and on the provider, and may change as the provider updates its models. The coach may stop mid-session if the connection drops or if the provider’s safety systems end a conversation. Processing of your data is described in our Privacy Policy.

7. Intellectual Property

The photos you take are yours. The App, its design, and its content are owned by the developer and protected by copyright. You get a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive licence to use the App on Apple devices you own or control, as permitted by the App Store Terms of Service.

8. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability

The App is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, including any warranty that suggestions are accurate, complete, or fit for a particular purpose, or that the service will be uninterrupted. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the developer is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for injury or damage resulting from following spoken suggestions without regard to your surroundings. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

9. Changes and Termination

We may update the App and these terms. Material changes will appear on this page with a new effective date; continuing to use the App after that constitutes acceptance. We may suspend access to the AI features if these terms are breached.
