Candles are in-game revive or extra-time items. When time runs out, a candle can extend the level. Some sharing actions may grant more candles, and paid unlocks may provide unlimited use depending on the offer shown in the app.
Yes. Open Settings in the app and choose the reset option. This affects local game progress stored on your device.
The app may offer a one-time in-app purchase that unlocks additional chapters and unlimited use of selected tools, as described on the purchase screen at the time of purchase.
If you reinstall the app or move to a new device, open the purchase screen and tap Restore Purchase while signed in with the same Apple ID used for the original purchase.
App Store purchases are processed by Apple. Refund requests must be made through Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com. We cannot issue App Store refunds directly.
If you choose a custom image for a puzzle, that image is processed on your device. Cthulhu Jigsaw does not upload your selected images to our servers. You can change photo permissions any time in iOS Settings.
