Cthulhu Jigsaw is a single-player jigsaw puzzle game. This page explains what data the app stores locally, what analytics are collected, how purchases work, and how to contact us.
Cthulhu Jigsaw, also presented in some localized text as
Abyss Summons, is an iOS jigsaw puzzle game distributed
through the Apple App Store. The app's bundle identifier is

In this policy, "we", "our", and "us" refer to the operator of Cthulhu Jigsaw. "You" means anyone who installs or uses the app.

Cthulhu Jigsaw stores game progress, unlocked status, settings, current level state, and similar gameplay data locally on your device. This data is used so you can continue playing and keep your preferences.
If you choose a custom image for puzzle play, the app uses that image on your device to create the puzzle. The app does not upload your selected images to our servers, and we do not use them for advertising, analytics, or model training.
If you email us for support, we receive your email address and any information you choose to include, such as screenshots, device details, or a description of the issue. We use this only to respond to your request and improve the app.
We use analytics and diagnostics to understand how the app is used, find bugs, and improve stability.
The app may send anonymous usage events such as app launches, screen views, puzzle progress, tool usage, sharing actions, paywall views, and purchase flow status. These events help us understand where users get stuck and which features need improvement.
If the app crashes or behaves unexpectedly, we may receive basic diagnostic information such as iOS version, device model, app version, language, and the screen or feature involved.
Analytics SDKs may generate an anonymous installation or instance ID. This is not your Apple ID, phone number, or IDFA. Reinstalling the app may generate a new ID.
Paid unlocks are sold and processed by Apple through the App Store using StoreKit. We do not receive your credit card number, billing address, or full Apple ID account details.
Apple may provide the app with purchase status, product identifier, transaction identifier, and restore status so the app can unlock paid content. Apple's handling of payment data is governed by Apple's privacy policy: apple.com/legal/privacy.
Firebase Analytics is used for anonymous usage events and diagnostics as described above. Data may be processed on Google infrastructure in the United States and other regions. Privacy policy: policies.google.com/privacy.
The app may use Umeng+ analytics, operated by Umeng (Beijing) Information Technology Co., Ltd., to report anonymous usage events and basic device information. Events sent to Umeng+ do not include your custom puzzle images. Privacy policy: umeng.com/page/policy.
Apple StoreKit is used for in-app purchases and restore purchase status. See Section 4.

If you believe a child has provided personal information, contact us and we will take appropriate steps to delete it.
Third-party analytics and platform providers may process data in the United States, China, and other countries where they or their processors operate. By using Cthulhu Jigsaw, you understand that data may be transferred to and processed in those locations, subject to applicable law.
iOS app sandboxing helps isolate the app's local files from other apps on your device. Network communication with Apple, Firebase, Umeng+, and other service providers uses secure transport where supported by those providers.
No system is perfectly secure. If we discover a breach affecting your personal information, we will notify you and relevant authorities as required by law.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top reflects the most recent revision. Material changes may be highlighted in the App, on this page, or in App Store release notes.
