Terms of Use
1. Acceptance
By downloading or using TwinSolve you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the App. These terms are between you and the App's developer; Apple is not a party to them, although Apple is a third-party beneficiary entitled to enforce them.
2. What TwinSolve Is — and What It Is Not
TwinSolve sends the problem you photograph or type to two artificial-intelligence models and shows both step-by-step solutions side by side so you can compare them.
- It is a study aid. It is not a tutor, a teacher, a certified assessment tool, or professional advice of any kind.
- AI answers can be wrong, including when both models agree. Verify the working before you rely on a result, and never submit an answer you do not understand.
- You are responsible for complying with your school's, university's, or employer's rules about the use of AI assistance. Using the App in an exam or assessment where it is not permitted is your responsibility, not ours.
- Only photograph material you are allowed to photograph. Do not upload other people's personal data.
3. Free Use and TwinSolve Pro
The App can be used free of charge with a daily limit on the number of problems solved. TwinSolve Pro removes that limit and unlocks the third AI model and all voice-explanation languages.
- Weekly — US$6.99 per week, after a 3-day free trial.
- Yearly — US$39.99 per year.
- Lifetime — US$79.99, a one-time purchase, not a subscription.
Prices are shown in your local currency inside the App and may vary by region and over time; the price displayed on the purchase screen at the moment of purchase is the one that applies.
4. Subscription Terms
- Payment is charged to your Apple Account at confirmation of purchase.
- A subscription renews automatically for the same period unless auto-renew is switched off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
- Your Apple Account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the end of the current period.
- You can manage or cancel a subscription in Settings › your name › Subscriptions on your device. Deleting the App does not cancel a subscription.
- If a free trial is offered, any unused portion is forfeited when you buy a subscription in the same group.
- Refunds are handled by Apple under Apple's Media Services Terms and Conditions; we cannot issue refunds directly.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract credentials or model access from the App;
- use the App to generate or distribute unlawful, infringing, or harmful content;
- automate, scrape, or resell access to the App or the AI services behind it;
- upload content you have no right to upload.
6. Third-Party Services
AI inference is executed through Replicate. Model names shown in the App are displayed for transparency only and remain the trademarks of their respective owners; their appearance does not imply any endorsement, sponsorship, or affiliation. The models available may change as providers add or retire them.
7. Intellectual Property
The App, its design, and its content are owned by the developer and protected by copyright. You get a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive licence to use the App on Apple devices you own or control, as permitted by the App Store Terms of Service.
8. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability
The App is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, including any warranty that answers are correct, complete, or fit for a particular purpose. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the developer is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including academic outcomes, arising from your use of the App. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
9. Changes and Termination
We may update the App and these terms. Material changes will appear on this page with a new effective date; continuing to use the App after that constitutes acceptance. We may suspend access if these terms are breached.
