AI Replace & Remove - Fill App Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how Global Pixel Studio ("we", "us", or "our") handles information when you use AI Replace & Remove - Fill App, also shown in the app as AI Fill (package name: com.skysoft.aifill).

By using the app, you agree to the practices described in this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

Information We Access or Collect

• Photos and camera. With your permission, the app accesses your camera or photo library so you can capture or select images to edit. The app accesses only the images you choose.
• Images, masks, and prompts for AI processing. When you tap a generate or edit action, the selected image, any mask you draw, and the prompt or editing instruction you enter may be sent to our AI processing provider so the requested result can be generated.
• Face image information. If you use a face-related editing feature, we may temporarily process the face image you choose only to detect the visual features needed for the requested edit. We do not use face image information to identify you.
• Purchase status. We use Google Play Billing to confirm subscriptions or purchases. We do not receive or store your payment card number or bank details.
• Diagnostic and usage data. We may use Firebase services to understand app performance, feature usage, crash reports, app version, device model, operating system version, language, and similar technical information.
• Notifications. If you allow notifications, the app may send reminders or service messages related to your usage of the app. You can disable notifications in your device settings.

Information We Do Not Collect

• We do not require you to create an account.
• We do not collect your real name, phone number, address, contacts, calendar, health data, or precise location.
• We do not access your microphone.
• We do not sell your personal information.
• We do not use your images or face image information to build a biometric identity profile.

How We Use Information

• To provide AI image editing, image replacement, object removal, and related app features.
• To process the image, mask, prompt, or face image information you submit for a requested edit.
• To verify subscription status and provide paid features.
• To maintain security, prevent abuse, troubleshoot errors, and improve app reliability.
• To respond to support, privacy, or deletion requests.
• To comply with applicable legal obligations.

AI Image and Face Processing

AI editing may be performed on secure cloud servers operated by our service providers. Images, masks, prompts, and face image information are processed only for the purpose of generating the edit you request.

We do not sell, rent, or otherwise disclose your images or face image information to third parties for advertising or profiling. We do not use this information to identify you. Where server-side processing is required, data is transmitted using encrypted connections.

Generated results are stored on your device unless you choose to save, share, or back them up elsewhere. Temporary server-side processing files are deleted after processing according to our operational retention practices and our providers' retention policies.

Third-Party Services

We use third-party services that help us operate the app. These services process information only as needed to provide their functions.

• Replicate, Inc. may process submitted images, masks, and prompts to run AI generation. Replicate's privacy policy is available at https://replicate.com/privacy.
• Google Play Services and Google Play Billing are used for Android platform features and purchase verification. Google's privacy policy is available at https://policies.google.com/privacy.
• Firebase may be used for analytics, crash diagnostics, and remote configuration. Firebase is provided by Google and is covered by Google's privacy policy.

Data Retention

Images and generated results saved in the app remain on your device until you delete them or uninstall the app. We do not keep a permanent copy of your edited images on our own servers.

Temporary AI processing data is kept only as long as needed to provide the requested processing, troubleshoot errors, prevent abuse, or satisfy legal requirements. Diagnostic and analytics data may be retained by Firebase according to Google's applicable retention settings.

Your Choices and Rights

• Permissions. You can revoke camera, photo, or notification permissions at any time in your device settings.
• Local content. You can delete images or generated results stored on your device from within the app or your device storage controls.
• Subscriptions. Subscriptions are managed through Google Play and can be cancelled in your Google Play account settings.
• Privacy requests. You may contact us to request access, correction, or deletion of personal information associated with your use of the app.

Children's Privacy

The app is not directed to children under 13 or the minimum age required in your jurisdiction. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided personal information, please contact us and we will take appropriate action.

Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect information, including encrypted transmission for server-side processing. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we work to protect information from unauthorized access, misuse, loss, or disclosure.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we make changes, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of the app after an update means you accept the revised policy.
